Behavioral Innovations in Webster, TX is recruiting for an ABA Apprentice who is close to BCBA readiness. You’ll work under senior BCBAs, gain real clinical hours, and follow a structured study plan designed to prepare you for the BCBA exam and your first independent role.

You will receive tailored supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into leadership, clinical specialties, or training roles within BI.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a small caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBA's caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
