Behavioral Innovations is seeking candidates for its ABA Apprentice program at the Moore Treatment Center. You will learn from senior BCBAs, work with clients, and follow a tailored readiness plan to prepare for the BCBA exam.

This role offers structured mentorship, paid fieldwork hours, and benefits designed to support your professional growth as you transition from student to independent BCBA practice.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Within 6 months of completing BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow a plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a small caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBA caseload.
• Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
