Behavioral Innovations in Midwest City, OK is launching its ABA Apprentice program to bridge graduate study and BCBA certification. You’ll learn from top BCBAs, work in real clinical settings, and follow a tailored readiness plan toward the exam and your first BCBA role.

The program combines mentorship, hands-on client work, and study support for aspiring BCBAs as they complete supervision hours and prepare for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB verified Masters/Post Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBA with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan
