Qualifications

• Must have an active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
• Design and oversee function-based behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support behavior-analytic services.
• Train and mentor staff and caregivers in ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary partners.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with payer and company standards.
