Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Wesley Chapel team on a full-time basis. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, guide RBTs and caregivers, and perform functional assessments to determine intervention needs.

In addition to ongoing clinical duties, you will have opportunities to supervise BCBA candidates weekly and pursue growth paths across leadership, QA, Utilization Review, and research.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background/drug screening clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Growth opportunities across clinical leadership, QA, UR, and research.
