A leading autism services provider in Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
• Previous ABA Experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs on treatment plans.
