Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our Bedford, PA team. The role offers flex work with no caseload, part-time and full-time options, and a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.

Requirements include a Master's in ABA or related field and BCBA certification (or on-track). 1+ year experience with autistic children is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or on-track to obtain certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience with children with autism preferred in ABA settings.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and supervise ABA sessions; adapt programs to client needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately.
