You will perform assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and coach families and staff in positive behavior support strategies. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related mental health field (required).
• Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders.
• Strong documentation, training, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide services across home, school, clinic, and other community settings.
• Train and coach caregivers, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Monitor progress through data collection and update plans as needed.
