Job summary

Webster Public Schools is seeking a BCBA to work across Park Avenue Elementary and Bartlett High School in Webster, MA. Starting as soon as possible through November 2, 2026, the BCBA will collaborate with principals, teachers, staff, and families to ensure IEP services are delivered with fidelity according to each student's plan.

The role includes direct professional development for ABA paraprofessionals and data-driven adjustments to behavior plans, focusing on autism and related disabilities

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in a public school setting preferred.
• BACB BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive and individualized behavior plans for students with expert behavior analysis.
• Observe students and coordinate with staff to implement strategies and goals.
• Collect data for Functional Behavior Assessments and recommend changes.
• Prepare progress reports reflecting goals and objectives.
• Plan and implement social skills activities aligned with IEPs.
• Train and support ABA paraprofessionals and staff.
