Qualifications

• Board Certification for BCBA is required.
• 3–5 years or more experience working with students with behavioral/emotional profiles.
• Oversee program and data collection, implement behavioral plans, and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop/assist with individual behavior management programs for students in classrooms or inclusive settings.
• Direct staff training and development of staff in ABA-based programs.
• Facilitate team meetings with teachers, related service providers, and paraprofessionals.
• Conduct FBAs and Home/Classroom Assessments and write corresponding reports.
• Review BIPs and progress with new employees; participate in IEP-related activities.
• Engage in IEP processes, performance goals, progress reports, and team communications.
• Coordinate crisis management training and respond to behavioral crises as needed.
• Support inclusion teachers and communicate with families regarding behavior plans.
