Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Michiana. The BCaBA in Autism Services will supervise front-line staff, develop and monitor ABA treatment plans, and provide direct therapy as needed, while collaborating with a Senior BCBA or Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through the BACB is required.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field or progress toward BCBA/BCaBA is preferred.
• BCBA certification is preferred and ASAP eligibility to take the exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line staff implementing ABA programs.
• Develop and supervise treatment plans for clients.
• Provide direct therapy for clients when needed.
• Ensure safety and quality in therapy environments.
• Assist in participate in staff interviews and training.
