Job summary

Sunrise ABA seeks a BCBA to provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18 in a hybrid-remote setting. You will conduct assessments, collect data, and supervise RBTs and BCaBAs while collaborating with clinicians.

The role offers professional development through in-house CEUs, mentorship from senior clinicians, paid time off, a 401K with match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Part-time and full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified behavior analyst with BCBA credential required.
• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Strong ethics and integrity essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Conduct data collection using Central Reach.
• Manage billable hours for full-time and part-time BCBAs.
• Perform intake and assessments, and parent training.
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
