Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA in Tennessee with hybrid-remote options to deliver center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children ages 2-18, manage cases, and collect data in collaboration with clinical directors.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, demonstrating strong ethics and a passion for client success. The role offers mentorship, in-house CEUs, and generous benefits including PTO, holidays, and a 401K match.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
• Billable hour requirements for full-time BCBAs: 25 hours.
• Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
