Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA to provide case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. You will collect data using Central Reach and meet billable hour targets for full-time or part-time staff. Intake, assessments, and parent training are part of the role.

You will collaborate with clinicians and clinical directors and mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs, while enjoying a hybrid-remote schedule with in-house CEUs and a 401K with matching.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's Degree required.
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics.
• Passion for client success.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
• Billable hour requirements for full-time BCBAs: 25 hours.
• Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours.
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentorship for a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
