Job summary

Sunrise ABA is seeking a BCBA professional to lead therapy services for children with autism, ages 2-18, across center-based and home-based settings. The role emphasizes data-driven progress, intake and assessments, and close collaboration with clinical directors.

You will train and mentor a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs, while maintaining high ethical standards and a flexible schedule within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with a master's degree.
• Experience in ABA therapy and case management.
• Strong ethics and integrity in practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children with autism ages 2-18.
• Collect data and track progress using Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements: full-time 25h, part-time 15h.
• Complete intake and assessments; conduct parent training.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs; collaborate with clinical directors.
