Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Kentucky offers center-based and in-home ABA therapy with hybrid-remote opportunities. BCBA-certified clinicians can expect flexible scheduling, a clear career path, and mentorship from senior clinicians.

Responsibilities include case management for 2–18 year-olds on the autism spectrum, data collection, intake and assessments, parent training, and collaboration with a clinical team. Full- and part-time roles are available, with 4% 401K match and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (mandatory)
• Master's degree required
• High integrity and ethics are essential
• Passion for client success
• Strong leadership skills are required

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children aged 2–18 on the autism spectrum.
• Collect data using Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements: 25 hours (full-time) or 15 hours (part-time).
• Complete intake and assessments for new clients.
• Provide parent training and family coaching.
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
