Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide case management for children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–18. You will work with a team of clinicians to deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA therapy, including intake, assessments, and parent training.

This hybrid-remote role offers telehealth flexibility, with monthly bonus opportunities and a 401(k) match. Full-time and part-time options are available, along with in-house CEUs and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong ethics and client‑centered approach.
• Passion for client success and integrity.
• Leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for children 2–18 on the autism spectrum.
• Collect and analyze data using Central Reach.
• Meet billable hour requirements (FT 25h / PT 15h).
• Complete intake and assessments.
• Train and support Parents.
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentor RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.
