Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead individualized ABA services and supervise RBTs. You will develop therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for children with special needs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, training staff, documenting evaluations, and maintaining a caseload of 28 therapy hours per week. A Master’s degree and licensure in Illinois are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in Illinois
• Experience working in a clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision
• Complete and submit required documentation, including Evaluations and Progress Reports
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week
