Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy in Plainfield, IL is seeking a BCBA to lead assessment-driven ABA services, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to: Evaluations and Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
