Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation (Evaluations, Progress Reports) per guidelines.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
