Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification from BACB.
• Clinic setting experience.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with professionals to support comprehensive care.
