Job summary

Westside Children's Therapy seeks a qualified BCBA in Illinois to deliver high-quality ABA services, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s progress.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, monitor outcomes, and ensure thorough documentation while maintaining a 28-hour weekly caseload and strong commitment to family engagement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete and submit required documentation, including Evaluations and Progress Reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care.
• Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
