Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Kansas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead supervision of ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will oversee assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery across center and home-based settings, ensuring quality care and adherence to guidelines.

In this role you will coach clinical staff, monitor progress, collaborate with families and other providers, and coordinate funding and insurance processes to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed with state requirements.
At least 1 year of ABA experience providing services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full range of ABA services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
Ensure care follows state and insurance guidelines and standards of care.
Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and staff.
Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality treatment services.
Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete administrative tasks to secure funding.
