Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Liberty, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead supervision of center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum.

You will train and supervise clinical staff, ensure adherence to standards of care, manage program reporting and insurance coordination, and collaborate with families to plan individualized treatment and transition strategies. Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity and modality in collaboration with parents and other stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on Quality of Effective Treatment measures.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment.
• Supervise others with focus on developing supervisees’ clinical skills and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reporting, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
