Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our in-home service team. You will oversee therapists, assess children, and design individualized ABA treatment plans that drive meaningful progress for families.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours, a competitive $85-$100/hour pay rate with a defined path into a Clinical Lead, and a hybrid work setting with travel up to 25%. Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and strong client

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Current BACB BCBA certification.
• 2–3 years of experience with children and families using behavior analytic methods.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop and adjust clinical programs and treatment plans as needed.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA programs and supervise therapists.
• Assess children and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing plans as needed.
• Produce progress reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead data analysis and clinical strategy.
