Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children and support families in the Springfield & Fall River, MA area. You’ll oversee the full therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Proficiency with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Review session notes and provide feedback; conduct parent training.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as needed.
