Job summary

Steady Strides ABA provides in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The team uses evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors, with a supportive, collaborative environment for staff as well.

We offer full-time and part-time BCBA positions with top hourly pay, flexible schedules, and a dedicated scheduling team to reduce administrative burden for clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
