Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA programs across in-home, clinic, and school settings. You will develop and adjust treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and partner with families and schools to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
