Butterfly Effects is seeking a BCBA to lead an interdisciplinary team in a center-based setting in Cary, NC, with four days in center and one day remote. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, build individualized plans, and mentor families, while advancing clinical practices under a BCBA-led culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

• Perform functional behavior assessments and plan goals.
• Lead caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
