Kennedy ABA Group is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid role in Fayetteville, NC. You will conduct in-person assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs directly in client settings. In-person work with families is essential, with flexible hours to fit caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Thrive in a hands-on, in-person environment.
• In-person services in home and/or community settings.
• Full-time and part-time options available.
• Monday to Friday daytime hours.
• Flexible scheduling within your assigned caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations.
