Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead high‑quality ABA services with a supportive, team‑oriented culture. This hybrid role offers remote and in‑person supervision and a flexible schedule.

You will manage caseloads, supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators, families, and schools to design individualized treatment plans, while upholding BACB ethics and state requirements. Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with 2+ years ABA experience.
• Experience in school or home-based settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management delivering ABA therapy to group of kiddos.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth with families.
• Design individualized assessments and treatment plans.
• Build relationships with schools and communities.
• Uphold BACB ethics and state requirements.
