House of Hearts ABA inCalifornia is seeking a BCBA to lead exclusive ABA therapy for 7–10 clients and supervise RBTs in school and home settings, designing individualized plans and ensuring services meet BACB ethics and state requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year ABA experience, school/home-based experience a plus.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Caseload Management: Lead exclusive group of 7–10 clients and ensure high-quality ABA therapy.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Support RBTs and collaborate with educators in classrooms.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Supervise cases and guide families remotely.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Create individualized, thoughtful plans based on real needs.
• Grow With Us: Build relationships with schools and communities to expand presence.
• Stay Compliant & Ethical: Adhere to BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
