Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, and design individualized treatment plans. This hybrid role combines remote and in-person work, offering flexibility and balance while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Willing to supervise RBTs in schools and homes (in-person/telehealth).
• Low caseloads (7–10 clients) to maintain quality and balance.

Responsibilities
