House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. The role offers a hybrid schedule with both remote and in-person supervision, flexible full- or part-time options, and a competitive salary of $90,000–$105,000 per year for qualified applicants.

• Must be a BCBA with 1+ years ABA experience.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators.

• Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of 7–10 clients ensuring top-notch ABA therapy services.
• School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
• In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use telehealth to supervise cases and guide families remotely.
• Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs.
