Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• 1+ years ABA experience
• Experience with school or home-based work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead exclusive caseload of 7–10 clients for ABA therapy
• Supervise RBTs and collaborate with educators in school-based settings
• Provide telehealth in-home supervision to guide families
• Design individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Build relationships with schools and communities to expand presence
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws, and policies
