House of Hearts ABA is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a caseload of clients in a hybrid setting, supervising with RBTs in schools and providing telehealth oversight for families. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality ABA services and collaboration with educators and clinicians.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, has 2+ years of ABA experience, and thrives in a mission-driven team that values growth and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 2+ years ABA experience required.
• Experience collaborating with schools/teams preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for a group of clients receiving ABA therapy.
• School-based supervision in person with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth with families.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Support growth and relationship-building with schools and communities.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and state regulations.
