Starting at $85,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience and education, plus student-loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or higher.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
