Job summary

Arms Wide Open ABA in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise clinical ABA programs for children and families. The role offers clinical autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to impact outcomes.

You will develop individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, provide caregiver training, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Missouri LBA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and analyzing data.
• Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized ABA programs based on client needs and assessments.
• Analyze behavioral and clinical data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Provide caregiver training to promote skill development.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and treatment teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
