Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will lead treatment teams, oversee assessments, and collaborate with families to ensure developmentally appropriate outcomes.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of ABA experience in clinical or home settings and holds BCBA certification or state licensure.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or state licensure as a behavior analyst.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism, in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full range of ABA treatment services and supervise treatment teams.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and transitions with families.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to ensure high quality care.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports and insurance reviews.
