Job summary

Tender Care ABA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop effective ABA treatment plans for children, supervise staff, and ensure treatment fidelity across home, school, and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues, ethical practice, data-driven decision making, and ongoing professional development. You will train families and professionals, participate in team meetings, and uphold BACB standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required or in good standing with BACB.
• COBA license required.
• Experience designing treatment protocols and behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular training and supervision to direct care staff implementing ABA protocols.
• Complete FBAs and FAs and design behavior intervention plans.
• Develop skill acquisition programs including communication and social skills.
• Review data to evaluate outcomes and support accurate data collection.
• Oversee cases to ensure ethical and standards compliance and staff training.
• Provide training to parents and professionals on ABA applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BACB task list.
• Collaborate with therapists, BCBAs, and school staff for effective programs.
