Job summary

Tender Care ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA therapy team in Cleveland, OH. You will develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for children with autism, collaborating closely with families and a skilled therapy team.

As a BCBA, you will assess, analyze data, and adjust interventions to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role emphasizes training RBTs, staying current with best practices, and delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• COBA license must be held.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans with the therapy team.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform goals and progress.
• Provide training and support to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure effective program implementation.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and integrate new knowledge into plans.
