Job summary
Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will supervise teams, mentor BTs, and ensure data-driven, assent-based programming in partnership with LEARN Behavioral across multiple states.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher is required or expected.
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
- Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
- Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
- Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
- Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
- Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
