Job summary

Community Options, Inc. in Nashua, NH seeks a Full-Time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary team providing ABA-based supports to youth and adults in community settings.

The BCBA will develop and supervise Behavioral Support Plans, conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, and coach staff. This role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, opportunities for professional growth, competitive benefits, and a collaborative environment dedicated to improving

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise Behavioral Support Plans based on Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Provide ABA services and supervise staff delivering ABA interventions.
• Coordinate with clinical team and program staff to support youth and adults.
