Job summary

Axis for Autism is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a clinical team in implementing ABA-based treatment plans across clinic, school, home and community settings in Arizona. You will supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, conduct FBAs, develop and adjust programs, and ensure high-quality care with HIPAA and BACB ethics compliance.

You’ll collaborate with Operations and Clinical Teams, drive staff development, and oversee treatment fidelity, parent training, and progress

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Two (2) years of related professional experience with children with ASD in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and curricular assessments.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans with regular modifications.
• Create treatment protocols and behavior support plans.
• Conduct face-to-face supervision for assigned clients.
• Communicate with parents to facilitate clinical objectives.
• Oversee supervision and mentorship of staff and performers evaluations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and medical record documentation.
