Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services is seeking a BCBA to supervise ABA programs for children with autism and developmental delays. The role includes clinical oversight, data analysis, and collaboration with families and schools to implement effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to travel to client homes.
• Experience designing and supervising ABA programs for autistic or developmentally delayed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for clients with autism and developmental delays.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to tailor treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group learning experiences to meet treatment goals.
• Supervise BCaBA and Interventionists, provide guidance and review progress.
• Conduct assessments, write goals, analyze data, and prepare progress reports.
• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop and oversee behavioral plans for children.
• Support adaptive skills in school, home, and community settings.
• Provide behavioral consultation to families and schools.
• Train families to work within natural routines and empower caregivers.
