Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center team in Oak Forest, NC. The role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy to autistic children, guided by clinical leadership and collaborative teammates.

The BCBA will mentor RBTs, set goals with families, and participate in ongoing professional development, with opportunities for career growth and ownership within ABC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Experience supervising RBTs and mentoring trainees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after assessments.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in child-centered settings.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and milestones.
• Engage in peer collaboration and ongoing professional development.
