Job summary

Bluestone Children’s Center is seeking a talented BCBA to join our afternoon in-clinic ABA program in Livonia, MI. This full‑time role involves supervising front-line therapists, leading parent training, and coordinating client care within a preschool‑style clinical setting.

The BCBA will conduct intake assessments, develop and supervise behavior intervention plans, and ensure high-quality therapeutic services, data collection, and compliance with clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA credential and current board certification.
• Experience leading parent training and staff supervision a plus.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments and family tours.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop BIPs.
• Complete billable treatment planning hours.
• Handle insurance documentation for authorizations.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and supervise clinicians.
• Maintain data graphs and update FBAs/BIPs as needed.
• Lead parent training sessions and provide staff coaching.
• Create measurable curricula for individual and group learning.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and clinical requirements.
