Acorn Health is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor to join our Detroit area clinics in Clinton Township. You will oversee comprehensive ABA treatment, lead client assessments, and supervise Behavior Technicians in a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in ABA settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct functional, behavioral, and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions to families and staff.
• Collaborate with parents, schools, and professionals across settings.
