Bluestone Children's Center in Livonia, MI is seeking Pediatric Behavioral Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA-based intervention under the supervision of a Bluestone BCBA in a clinic preschool-style program.

Responsibilities include recording skill data, maintaining treatment notes, and supporting curriculum and data systems while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for children and families. This role offers full-time hours with comprehensive on-the-job training.

Qualificações

• Experience applying ABA principles under supervision.
• Ability to record data on child skill acquisition and behavior.
• Maintain data graphs and daily treatment notes for parents review.

Responsabilidades

• Record accurate data on child skill acquisition and generalization.
• Assist in maintenance of curriculum materials and data sheets.
• Ensure clean and safe treatment area for patients.
• Interact appropriately with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain professional demeanor.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive and deliver feedback professionally.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Commit to at least 1 year with the company, up to 40 hours per week.
