Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Experience working in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
• Complete and submit evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain a targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week.
